Course Outline:

  • Core Foundations – Learn breathwork, alignment, and deep core activation to build a strong, stable base.
  • Mobility & Flow – Explore fluid sequences that enhance joint mobility, posture, and graceful movement.
  • Strength & Stability – Develop muscular endurance and balance through targeted, low-impact exercises.
  • Mindful Movement – Cultivate body awareness and mental clarity with intentional pacing and inclusive cues.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this Pilates course, participants will develop a deeper understanding of core engagement, breath-led movement, and postural alignment. They’ll gain practical tools to enhance mobility, build functional strength, and cultivate body awareness in everyday life. The course also fosters mindful movement habits that support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and long-term physical health.

  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
