Course Outline:
- Core Foundations – Learn breathwork, alignment, and deep core activation to build a strong, stable base.
- Mobility & Flow – Explore fluid sequences that enhance joint mobility, posture, and graceful movement.
- Strength & Stability – Develop muscular endurance and balance through targeted, low-impact exercises.
- Mindful Movement – Cultivate body awareness and mental clarity with intentional pacing and inclusive cues.
Learning Outcomes:
