In this course you will learn:

Word:

• How to navigate around Word- Using the ribbon and customising the quick access toolbar
• How to work with text- entering text, cutting, copying, pasting, deleting and formatting text
• Formatting text- Font size, font type, font colour, bold, italics, underline etc
• Formatting a paragraph- changing the line spacing and alignment and creating bulleted and numbered lists
• Changing the page layout- page size, orientation, margins, page colour and page borders
• Inserting and modifying a table
• Printing- changing the print options
• Pictures- insert and edit a picture

Excel:

• Orientation- Learning the elements of the screen, terminology and how to navigate around excel
• Navigation- Working with worksheets and workbooks
• Data Entry- Numbers, text and dates
• Formatting- font, cells, numbers and dates
• Formulas and functions- creating basic formulas and using SUM, MAX, MIN, COUNT and AVERAGE functions
• Printing and document and changing the page layout settings
• Creating and modifying charts

PowerPoint:

• Create a new PowerPoint presentation
• Select and apply a design
• Create multiple new slides and include a table, graph, SmartArt graphic, clipart picture and photo
• Copy a picture from the internet and paste it into a presentation
• Add transitions
• Save the presentation as a slideshow
