We’ll also delve into angel and inspirational cards to connect with positive energies and messages. Plus, we’ll experience the magic of smudging to create a serene environment.
Throughout the course, you’ll participate in mindful movement, chair yoga, and the 5 senses exercise, discovering new ways to embrace joy in your daily life. By the end, you’ll feel inspired, loved, and equipped with relaxation techniques to carry with you wherever you go.

Having personally experienced the profound benefits of these practices, Donna is passionate about sharing the tools of meditation and mindfulness to help others find balance, inner peace, and mental clarity.
