About the Tutor:
Your tutor is an experienced digital skills educator who specialises in helping adults and seniors build confidence online. They understand that scams can be frightening, embarrassing, or overwhelming — and that anyone can be caught out. With a calm, respectful teaching style, your tutor explains online safety in plain English using real world examples that are easy to understand. Each concept is discussed step by step, with plenty of time for questions and discussion. The tutor creates a safe, non judgemental environment where learners feel comfortable sharing experiences and concerns. With strong experience in community education, your tutor focuses on empowerment rather than fear — helping you feel informed, capable, and confident making safe choices online.

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
All courses need a minimum number of students to run (we try our hardest to get those). If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
