Following the success of the July “Between Terms” program we are happy to offer more leisure classes between terms this September/October. Keep on participating in classes you love, try something new, or dip your toe in before deciding to enrol for a full a term.
Fit, Strong & Stretch - An Introduction
Studies show that lifting weights helps prevent Osteoporosis, by increasing muscle mass and bone density. Join this fun, 1 session introduction course for a safe and effective workout with an experienced and qualified instructor. You will be working with hand weights, body weight, resistance bands and a dedicated stretch section in the last third of each session.
