Zumba Gold - New!
Zumba Gold is designed for active adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Basic choreography focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination with classes focusing on cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Course Outline:

What to bring:
Please bring water, towel and wear comfortable clothing.
About the Tutor:
“With a Ballroom and Latin dancing as my passion since I was 5 years old, I love sharing a variety of dance styles with students of all ages. I have completed the highest exam awards in Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue, competed for years in WA and travelled interstate and overseas, and I have been teaching Ballroom and Latin for over 10 years, Zumba for 8 years and Konga for 3! It is still something that I love to do and share with others.” Kara

- To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
- All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
