Yin Yoga and Meditation - New!

Slow and gentle paced. Yin yoga offers floor based poses held for a few minutes at a time. Yin aims to enhance circulation, increase joint mobilisation, clear energetic blockages, + heal the body. This style of practice allows a deeper level of stretching and opening. The focus on holding poses targets the connective tissues of the body; ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin yoga draws from a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Eastern Philosophy framework to work on the energetic body as well as physical.

Class will conclude with a guided meditation and relaxation. Move, breathe deeply, rest, and relax. An all levels class.

'Danielle is a 800hrs+ Yoga Teacher with further yoga education in styles such as Yin, Restorative and Meditation. Danielle has been teaching yoga and meditation for the last 10 years in various studios across Sydney as well as running national and international yoga retreats.'

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
