About the Tutor:
‘I have been sewing for over 25 years and enjoy teaching all different levels of sewing from beginners right up to advanced. I also have a passion for teaching children and tutoring HSC students with their final textiles work. I have owned my own sewing store allowing me to work on specialised sewing skills and techniques as well as ongoing training on various brands of sewing machines and overlockers. I am often involved in organising large events and craft retreats/industry functions at different locations, adding a different angle to my knowledge of the sewing industry. I enjoy keeping up to date with current sewing trends, techniques, and machines, and am passionate about using modern fabrics to keep the sewing industry alive for future generations to enjoy.’ Claudia
