Participants will explore the Mailchimp dashboard, learning essential terminology like audiences, contacts, campaigns, templates, and reports. You will practice adding and importing contacts. Next, you will design and send your first email campaign using Mailchimp’s intuitive drag-and-drop templates. From adding images and links to previewing and sending test emails, you will gain real-world experience in crafting professional emails that resonate with your audience.
The course also introduces beginner-friendly reporting, showing how to interpret key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes. Learn how to use insights to refine campaigns and improve engagement over time. By the end of the session, you will leave with the confidence to manage contacts, build simple campaigns, and make data-informed decisions—ready to apply your new skills to real email marketing projects.

- Customer Data List: Small CSV file of contacts (real or sample) to import
- Brand Logo: For use in your email campaigns
- Images: Any photos or graphics you want to include in your campaigns
- Login Details: Mailchimp account credentials (free or work account)
- Notebook/pen: Optional, for notes
