Three Week Breathwork Series - New!

This 3-week Breathwork course is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner awareness. Each 2-hour class will take you through the fundamentals of breath, explore the impact of stress, and show you how to support better sleep and nervous system regulation. We’ll also dive into the Lean In / Lean Out method—learning when to take aligned action, and when to pause and create space.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or want to deepen your practice, this course is a powerful way to reduce stress and anxiety, increase your energy, and build more connection in your everyday life. Simple, practical, and deeply transformative.

What You Will Learn:

Week 1 – Breath Foundations & Awareness
We’ll explore how your breath actually works and why most of us are breathing in ways that keep us stuck in stress. You’ll learn foundational breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system, build awareness, and create a deeper connection with your body. A perfect reset to start showing up more consciously.

Week 2 – Stress, Energy & the Nervous System
This week is all about understanding stress—how it shows up in the body and mind, and how your breath can shift you from fight-or-flight into calm and clarity. You’ll learn practical tools to reduce anxiety, release tension, and gain energy (without needing another coffee).

Week 3 – Sleep, Recovery & Lean In / Lean Out
We dive into sleep, rest, and how your breath supports real recovery. You’ll learn how to set up your breath to support better sleep, process emotions, and know when to lean in or lean out of situations. This week ties it all together with awareness, choice, and restoring your energy from the inside out.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for breathwork and light movement.
  • Yoga Mat or Cushion: To sit or lie on during the breathwork practices.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the workshop.
  • Journal and Pen: For reflections and note-taking.
  • Open Mind: Be ready to explore new techniques and embrace personal growth.

About the Tutor:

'Chris, the founder of Reset Within and CM Wellness, is a compassionate and experienced Wellness Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with over 12 years of experience. His personal journey of healing after a serious accident led him to discover the transformative power of breathwork. Now, Chris uses his natural gift for connecting mind and body to create a powerful healing space for others. He is dedicated to helping you release past traumas, connect deeply with your inner guidance, and uncover your true purpose. In his safe and supportive sessions, you’ll feel truly seen, heard, and understood as you unlock your potential and bring clarity to your life’s path.'

Other Information:

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
