Kids Art Mixed Media Fun - Ages 8-14

Designed for the younger ‘budding creatives’, this program focuses on having relaxing, social fun with art and crafting mixed media techniques in a small group environment. The program introduces the concepts of mindfulness and relaxation as a means of ‘unplugging’ (technology/devices) and de-stressing, whilst learning new and fun mixed media art techniques and creating artworks.

The program has been created to encourage playful art and creative fun with no artistic requirements necessary. A creative journey with a difference, that has young minds engaged on the hands-on creative process rather than using Apps-on a device to promote connecting with emotions and feelings, creative thinking and learning simple techniques in the practice of mindfulness. Join us at SGSCC for this crafty and fun art class! Get creative, release everyday tension and increase wellbeing!
