Nature in Watercolour - Landscapes for Beginners - New!
This 6-hour leisure workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to explore their creativity through the gentle and expressive medium of watercolour. Whether you are completely new to painting or haven’t picked up a brush in years, this class offers a relaxed, supportive environment where you can enjoy the beauty of landscape art.
We will begin with the essentials—understanding watercolour materials, brush techniques, and how to work with washes and layers. You will learn simple ways to paint skies, trees, water, and natural scenery while experimenting with colour mixing and light effects. Step by step, you will build confidence in creating depth, atmosphere, and balance in your compositions.
By the end of the workshop, you will have completed a series of small studies and at least one finished landscape painting to take home. More importantly, you will discover the calming and meditative qualities of watercolour, while connecting with others who share a love of art and nature.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to play with colour. This is your chance to relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in a creative and inspiring Saturday session.
