Yin Yang Yoga - New!
In the whirlwind of daily life, we often lose touch with the quiet moments that bring us back to ourselves. This Yin Yang Yoga class offers that space—blending gentle, flowing movement with deeply restorative stillness to rebalance the nervous system and reconnect with the body. Sessions begin with dynamic poses that awaken energy and build strength, followed by long-held yin postures that promote deep release and flexibility.
Guided breathwork is woven throughout to help calm the mind, support emotional regulation, and enhance body awareness. Suitable for all levels, this class welcomes you into a friendly, judgment-free environment where your experience is honored. Each practice encourages personal reflection and intentional movement—an invitation to pause, recharge, and feel more present. Take this time for yourself, come home to your body, and discover the inner clarity that comes from simply breathing and being.
