Slow Flow Yoga

A much slower, simpler flow class. Slow flow is designed to open your body, release tension and explore movement throughout your whole system. It’s a gentle yoga class with creative, flowing movements to promote greater ease and awareness. You can expect an immersive, relaxing and mellow class set to an uplifting playlist. This class incorporates the magic yoga triad of breath work, focus + flexibility, creating a balance between a calm mind + a mobile body. An all levels class.

Course Outline:

Each week you’ll discover new postures and stretches that will help to alleviate stiffness, tightness and stress while simultaneously increasing your wellbeing.

About the Tutor:

Danielle is a 800hrs+ Yoga Teacher with further yoga education in styles such as Yin, Restorative and Meditation. Danielle has been teaching yoga and meditation for the last 10 years in various studios across Sydney as well as running national and international yoga retreats.

Other Information:

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
