Seated Chair Yoga

Are you intimidated by the idea of taking a yoga class because you’re limited in your mobility and flexibility? Then try this gentle style which modifies yoga poses so you can perform them while seated in a chair. Our seated chair yoga class is designed for those wanting to get back into exercising, recovering from an injury, have a health condition, weight challenges or simply don’t like to do exercise on the floor. You will be amazed at just how much exercise you will be able to do whilst seated in a chair.
