Course Outline:

Sunday Socials is all about getting out, having fun, and connecting with others. One Sunday a month, we visit exciting locations or take part in enjoyable activities together, from exploring new places to trying something different. It is a chance to relax, socialise, and share experiences in a friendly and welcoming group. Whether it is a day at the zoo, a trip to the beach, or a local event, Sunday Socials is your time to make memories and enjoy the weekend.

The program is for persons with an intellectual disability.

• Social Skills – Build communication, teamwork, and friendship through shared experiences
• Community Participation – Increase confidence and independence when engaging in community activities
