Knife skills are the first steps in learning to cook, once you have mastered this skill you will be well on the way to creating culinary delights. Knife Skills Master Class- Learn how to deboned whole chicken, stuff and roll into a cylindrical shape, two cooking methods make Chicken Ballotine with accompanying sauce.

What you will Learn:

  • Preparation method rolling and securing the Ballotine shape.
  • Cooking methods-poaching and searing.
  • Preparing stock for sauce.
  • Finishing garnish, presentation.

'I am a classically French trained chef with experience across restaurants, hotels, and as the proud owner of my own restaurant for four wonderful years. Throughout my career, I have discovered that food has an incredible way of bringing people together.

As a cooking tutor, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others build confidence in the kitchen. My classes are hands-on, engaging, and tailored to suit all skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced home cooks looking to refine their techniques.

Whether you want to master classic French cuisine, learn everyday cooking skills, or simply enjoy the experience of creating delicious food, I provide a relaxed, fun, and supportive environment where learning is both enjoyable and rewarding.   • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
