OK fellas, this one is just for you. It is time to get that body into shape so you can enjoy many years of healthy living or active retirement. Remember, it’s never too late to stay active and healthy and start a healthy lifestyle. Decrease your risk of heart disease and start exercising. So, join us at SGSCC for this fun men fitness class that suits all fitness levels! We will cover all facets of exercise, including weight training and cardio exercises.

Not only are the sessions easy to follow but by allowing you to alter the intensity of each station to suit each individual, this form of circuit training is a great workout for all levels. By ensuring a strong focus on building good exercise technique, not only will this class ensure you exercise safely but it will also help to maximise mobility and minimise any pain and injuries that you may experience in day to day life allowing you to enjoy life to the fullest and maintain improved fitness.

Course Outline:

This group exercise class is a circuit class designed for older people. We will focus on:

  • Building good exercise techniques and movement patterns
  • Maintaining and improving mobility
  • Use a combination of cardio machines along with aerobic exercises (boxing, ropes) and some lifting weight stations

About the tutor:

‘I teach Zumba, Pilates, Chair Yoga, Aqua Aerobics and Seniors Fitness classes at all levels. I am passionate about ensuring that everyone enjoys their classes and reaches their goals.   • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
