CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support

Working in Disabilities is never boring. Working in care challenges you every day emotionally, physically and mentally. At times you may wonder if you are getting anywhere and then you get a smile, a pat on the back, or someone is able to do something they couldn’t do the day before. You can make a difference to someone’s day and someone’s life.

This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of individuals in a range of community settings and peoples' homes, who provide support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing.
