Box and Burn - New!
Designed for all fitness levels, this high-energy cardio boxing class combines boxing-inspired movements with fun, functional exercise to improve fitness, coordination, strength, and confidence. Expect plenty of laughs and a supportive environment that keeps you moving. No boxing experience needed, just bring your energy and get ready to feel empowered.

What to bring:
- Towel
- Water
- You need to bring your Boxing gloves
- You also need to bring your own Boxing Hand Wraps (see example below) - these will protect your hands. These can be purchased from Rebel or a similar retail outlet.
About our tutors:
Ethan – Hi, I’m Ethan, a Strength and Mobility Coach with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. I enjoy creating a positive and engaging environment where clients can work hard, improve their movement, and have a laugh along the way. I use a variety of methods and techniques to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term performance and injury prevention as well as quality of life.

- To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
- All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
