Alcohol Ink for Adults

This is the ultimate in FREESTYLE ART, you do not need to be an artist or have any experience to create your own unique alcohol ink art masterpieces.Come and explore the mesmerising and therapeutic nature of alcohol ink.

You will be provided with 5 pieces of Yupo artist paper to play and experiment with the colour and flow of alcohol ink. Choose your favourite colours and learn how to use metallic inks, glitter inks & pearl inks in your own unique designs. Best of all you will be able to let go and let your creative juices flow!

Whats included:

  • 2 hour workshop
  • all equipment & class materials
  • use of alcohol ink colours including pearl, metallic, & glitter bases (kit shared between 2)
  • 5 take home pieces of art on white (1 x A5, 2 x A4, 2 x A3) each
  • basic alcohol ink techniques using straws, pipettes & blowers
  • Jam packed funOther information: We do not recommend this workshop to pregnant women as liquids such as isopropyl alcohol & methylated spirits are used.

What to bring:

Please bring an apron a dark apron and wear old or dark clothing, these inks do not come out of clothes if you get this on you.

About the Tutor:

'Nicole has been decorating cakes for the past 10 years, both as a hobby and as a business. Nicole is the Founder of Cake It Up. She specialises in hosting kids cupcake decorating parties, ladies gatherings, hens days, baby showers, corporate and team building events through cupcake & cake decorating. Nicole’s passion is to teach others, she wants everyone to experience the joy you get from cake decorating and the satisfaction of creating something yourself. She is motivated simply by the smile on someone’s face when they’ve created their edible piece of art!'

Other Information:

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
