Aerobic Dancing Fitness (10 weeks/1 session per week)

Our Aerobic Dancing classes are unique and one of a kind, developed for ladies only, as men and women work out differently. Some students have been doing these classes for over 34 years so that is a good recommendation in itself. You will have to give us a try and see if it excites you as it does for us, our program is constantly changing so you will not have time to get bored.

We laugh a lot and enjoy the friendships we make in these classes. You will feel comfortable with us, no mirrors or expectations, all ages and fitness levels.

We work with hand weights and exercise bands for resistance work and you will work all your body including your brain, we boast about this, you can mix your venues and times to suit your timetable.

Do not go spending lots of money at other places, support your Local College where you will get the professionals running your course to get the good care you can enjoy and the great work they do for the Community at a very low cost.

What to bring:

Bring along a water bottle, mat/towel, weights, and band, or if you do not have this equipment, they can be purchased from the Instructor if required at a very low cost.

Course Outline:

Week 1-2
Please arrive early for the Assessment and Waiver. Class starts at a simplified range to allow students to pick up correct techniques cues and choreography as this is a progressive course and changes each week.

Week 1-10
Warm-up, Pilates, weight training, dances then you cool down all done to great motivating music, your instructor is “Fitness Australia” registered Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer, so you know you are in the best hands.

This course is held one day per week. For all levels of fitness. Friendly atmosphere, Air Conditioned Hall.
