Aerobic Dancing Fitness (10 weeks/1 session per week)

These unique Aerobic Dance classes are a full body work out, with Low to No Impact and Medium intensity. We commence with a Warm up then a mix of Pilates and Yoga standing and floor work using Exercise bands, we include a conditioning segment with hand weights 1kg then into the Dance with many tracks of different Jenres to suit all, we end with a Cooldown.

We run 4 terms a year each Term has 10 weeks so you can do one class 2 or 3 per week what ever you choose also the use of the different venues days and nights and times to work in with your schedule at an affordable price. At the end of the Term you will be feeling calmer, understand the breathing technic with a feeling of confidence and wellbeing, leaving each class with feeling of Happiness. Each class can run for 45 minutes to 1 hour. These classes have social gatherings a great way to make new friends and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Course Outline:

Our courses are progressive so it’s never boring, each week you will become more familiar with the Dances/moves and the cues I am giving students during the classes.

What to bring:

Bring along a water bottle, mat/towel, 1kg hand weights, and exercise band, or if you do not have this equipment, they can be purchased from the Instructor if required at a very low cost. All venues have air conditioning.

Course Outline:

Week 1-2
Please arrive early for the Assessment and Waiver. Class starts at a simplified range to allow students to pick up correct techniques cues and choreography as this is a progressive course and changes each week.

Week 1-10
Warm-up, Pilates, weight training, dances then you cool down all done to great motivating music, your instructor is “Fitness Australia” registered Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer, so you know you are in the best hands.

About the tutor:

'Coralie started in the fitness industry in 1983 and felt this was her calling working for an American Company, she was also one of their select Instructors to become a trainer. After 20 years Coralie moved on and started her own business as a registered fitness Leader and has completed numerous up skilling Courses in the Fitness industry as a group instructor and Personal Trainer with Children and many age groups for rehab as in Mental health, Mind Body & Wellness. Coralie is very passionate and genuine and will make you feel very welcome & part of our Family.'

Other Information:

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
