STEP - Wellness Within

Enjoy a happier and more fulfilling life by connecting your mind, body, and spirit. This will be a safe place where you can be yourself and enjoy a variety of activities including mindful movement practices and guided meditation. Walk away feeling relaxed and equipped with techniques to be a person who is happy, healthy, and whole. Happiness and wholeness are essential features of living a full and complete life and help to give some meaning and purpose in our lives.

The STEP program is for persons with an intellectual disability. Each course runs for 2 hours per week.
