Modern Qigong - New! St George & Sutherland Community College

Modern Qigong - New!

Qigong, (pronounced Chi Gong), is an ancient movement practice that releases tension, cultivates energy, & balances it within the mind and body. Regular Qigong practice can help reduce impacts of stress, enhance circulation, strengthen the immune system, and improve flexibility and balance.

Beyond physical wellbeing, it nurtures emotional and energetic alignment — helping you feel centred, grounded, and connected to the rhythm of life. Whether practiced standing, seated, or in stillness, its gentle nature makes it accessible to all ages and abilities.

Guided by Danielle’s calm and intuitive teaching style, Qigong becomes an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your inner flow. Her sessions blend traditional mindful movement, breath awareness, meditation and contemporary, modern practices to restore inner harmony and awaken vitality from within.

Through consistent practice, you’ll sense greater ease — a deep exhale for your entire being. All levels are welcome.
