Heart Circle - A Mix Gendered Gathering - New!
Heart Circle is a sacred communal gathering open to all genders — a space to exhale, reconnect and come home to yourself.
Each session weaves together a carefully held sequence of meditation, sound healing, heart medicine singing, mindfulness and gentle movement. These elements are not separate practices — they are layers, each one opening you a little more, preparing you for the next. Together they create a single, cohesive journey inward.
This is not a workshop where you will be asked to perform, achieve or get anything right. It is a space where you are invited simply to arrive — in your body, in the room, in community. Many people carry a deep longing to feel genuinely seen and heard. Heart Circle is designed to meet that longing.
Rooted in ancient traditions of communal healing and grounded in a deep reverence for the human experience, Heart Circle draws on the power of voice, stillness and shared presence to create something that is difficult to describe but easy to feel — that sacred moment when a group finds its harmony and something greater than the sum of its parts comes alive in the room.
Whether you are brand new to this kind of gathering or have been walking a healing path for years, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

About the Tutor:
'Hi, I’m Sheree – a circle facilitator and community welfare worker with foundations in shamanic practice and years of experience holding space for mixed groups, women’s sacred circles, and drumming and singing circles.
My work is rooted in a deep belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard and welcomed — exactly as they are. I am endlessly passionate about the healing that happens when people come together in community, and I bring that same warmth and groundedness to every circle I hold.
I know what it feels like to not trust your own voice — literally and figuratively. My own path has been one of continuous healing, learning to nurture myself while nurturing others, and coming home to the parts of me that needed to be heard. That experience lives in the way I hold space.
What moves me most is witnessing what happens when people feel truly safe together — the softening, the opening, the quiet moment of self recognition. When someone leaves a circle feeling more at peace with who they are, more seen and more heard than when they arrived — that is the whole reason I do this.'
