THE HEALTH & WELLBEING FRAMEWORK FOR SGSCC

The college environment is pivotal to the growth and development of our most important asset, our staff.

SGSCC is committed to creating quality health and wellbeing opportunities and support for all its staff through the following three channels:

Healthy Lifestyles

Addressing individual worker lifestyle behaviours through awareness raising, education, supportive environments, and policy.

Organisational Change

Improving job satisfaction and productivity by developing worker attitudes and perceptions, management practices, and the way work is organised.

Occupational Health and Safety

Reducing work-related injury, illness, and disability by addressing environmental issues in the workplace, such as ergonomics, chemical hazards, and air quality.
