Set amongst the beautiful Pacific Ocean, along Cronulla’s famous Esplanade at North Cronulla, during this informative 3 x hour field trip, Neoklis will teach you how to use your digital camera. You will be given professional, practical and one to one help, and learn how to use your camera, learn Photography skills, in a relaxed but informative atmosphere.

What you will learn:

  • Setting up your camera
  • To focus and recompose
  • Taking a photograph properly
  • Apertures and Shutter speeds
  • How to use your built-in flash
  • Composition
  • Capturing the moment

What to Bring:

  • Any adjustable digital camera; DSLR / Mirrorless / 4/3rds with any wide angle or standard zoom lens i.e 18 – 55 mm etc
  • Superzoom / Bridge camera / Compact camera
  • Batterie(s) and Memory card(s)
  • Water, notebook, pen and appropriate clothing and hat for the weather.

About the Tutor:

'My name is Neoklis Bloukos, and I have had a passion for Photography since I was 14 years old. My experience of over 40 plus years of in Photography includes; 25 years as a Press Photographer, over 19 years of Digital Photography & post processing, and now 8 years as a Professional Photography Tutor, teaching all levels of Photography.

I am very passionate about Photography, and I love to teach and share, my knowledge and practice of both classic and modern; Photography genres and techniques in the field, and I believe it is the most significant visual medium on this planet.

It is not just about teaching Photography, it is also about experiences with like-minded people, whom want to learn, share and enjoy the Photography learning experience together, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.'

  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
