Your tutor is an experienced digital skills educator who specialises in supporting adult and senior learners. With a calm, patient teaching style, your tutor explains everything in plain English and demonstrates each step before guiding you through hands on practice. They create a safe, welcoming space where questions are encouraged, mistakes are part of learning, and no one is rushed. With extensive experience delivering community based technology education, your tutor focuses on building confidence first — helping you feel comfortable, capable, and proud of what you achieve during the session.

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
All courses need a minimum number of students to run (we try our hardest to get those). If your course does not have enough students, it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.

From Jannali Station walk to the West side along Jannali railway (heading towards Sutherland), the fourth street on the right is Louise Street. Jannali Centre is at the end of Louise Street
