About the Tutor:
Your tutor is an experienced digital skills educator who specialises in helping adults and seniors feel comfortable and capable using everyday technology. They understand that modern devices can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re not sure which apps to use or what all the icons mean. With a calm, patient teaching style, your tutor explains everything in plain English and demonstrates each step before guiding you through hands on practice. Questions are always welcome, and mistakes are treated as a normal part of learning. With strong experience in community education, your tutor focuses on practical, real world skills — helping you feel confident using your device to organise your day, explore new places, and enjoy entertainment that suits your interests.

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
All courses need a minimum number of students to run (we try our hardest to get those). If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.

From Jannali Station walk to the West side along Jannali railway (heading towards Sutherland), the fourth street on the right is Louise Street. Jannali Centre is at the end of Louise Street
