Open Day
SGSCC Leisure is running over 50 Workshops/Classes on Saturday, 31 January. Classes will be available throughout the day.
The classes will run for 2 hours and give you a flavour of what each of the courses has to offer at SGSCC. (Fitness classes - 1 hour)
The classes will provide you with a great opportunity to ‘see if you like it’ before possibly enrolling into Term 1. Or perhaps you'd like to try something different for a change. You can enrol into as many classes as you like on the day.
A small fee applies to each enrolment, a fee to cover the commitment of our wonderful tutors.
*Some classes may attract a very small additional materials fee, i.e. Cooking Class
Tai Chi - Taster
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise and can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance. It is low impact, slow motion exercise with circulat movements that are never forced, the muscles are relaxed rather than tense, open the joints and move softly and with intention.
