Enjoy a happier and more fulfilling life by connecting your mind, body, and spirit. STEP - Sports and Fitness

Set yourself a fitness goal in the first session and measure your current level of fitness. All progress during the term will be recorded in a training booklet to track your progression towards achieving your personal goals. Some fitness sessions will include using equipment in our SGSCC gym and other sessions will be sports, games, or Bootcamp type exercise in the open spaces.
