Pilates with Balls, Bands and Circles

Pilates is an exercise routine. This complete body workout is focused on building a balanced, strong, lean body. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both the body, mind, and breath. The primary focus is developing awareness of the spine and core muscles. This system of exercise creates flexibility, balance, control, and strength. Pilates develops inner physical awareness which trains the body as an integrated whole, creating optimal muscle balance and promotes a feeling of physical and mental wellbeing.

What to bring:

  • grippy pilates socks or you can purchase a pair from the tutor, $20
  • yoga mat
  • water
  • towel
  • wear comfortable clothing.

These sessions are fitness-based and not for rehab. If you’re injured can you please provide a clearance certificate from your doctor.
