Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast! This movement class is all about having fun while staying active, and it’s designed for everyone—no matter your ability level. We’ll start with some relaxing chair stretches to warm up, then dive into exciting dance routines like the YMCA, Chicken Dance, and Heel-Toe-Polka. Want to show off your own dance moves? You’ll have the chance to shine with solo moments too!

We’ll also play fun musical games like musical chairs and floor-level tightrope walking, before coming together as a group to create our very own dance to a song of your choice. This high-energy, hour-long class is full of fun, fitness, and friends, guaranteed to leave you smiling! Bring your best moves, a big smile, and let’s dance our way to a healthier, happier you.

With over 30 years of experience in music and movement, Donna brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class. Drawing on an extensive background in dance, yoga, stretching, and aerobics, she designs inclusive and energetic sessions that cater to all abilities. Whether it’s a vibrant dance routine, a relaxing yoga flow, or an invigorating aerobic workout, Donna’s classes are carefully crafted to ensure that everyone can participate and benefit from the joy of movement.
