Mindfulness - Key to Living Effectively

Mindful or conscious living transforms our lives as we discover how to simply Be Present in the present moment. Mindfulness enables increasing awareness and freedom, allowing you to live more fully in the present. Operating from awareness ... from choice, not from reaction.

Mindfulness facilitates a healthier relationship of You with your mind and body. Where You are able to find a sense of Being (of Free Awareness) beyond mere identification with your thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations. You begin to get in touch with the ‘You’ that is independent of those thoughts, emotions and feelings.

A mindful state can occur in any setting. You can be Mindful on a busy train, in the car, walking down the street. Indeed any and everywhere.  Mindfulness enables you to be fully Aware and Present ... Here and Now.

Mindfulness means accessing the depth of awareness at your core in the present moment. Mindfulness allows you to be consciously in charge of how you relate to the circumstances of your life. From this basis, you can engage life with increased energy, creativity and calm. Cultivating a mindful state empowers us to reconnect with our inner wisdom and to disconnect from our noisy minds.

How does one become Mindful? This program takes us on a journey to ourselves right Here and Now. It is designed for beginners and practitioners alike and employs simple techniques.

Come with an open mind and be prepared to look at your life and how you can start to integrate Mindfulness into every day. Mindfulness tools and insights will be shared, discussed, and practised as you are supported to grow, breathe and live more fully.
