Make Your Own Christmas Wreath

Is your old Christmas Wreath starting to look a bit outdated and worn out? Then it might be time for a new one. Come and join our one off class and learn how to make the wreath that you love. We have a wreath to suit all styles, a traditional one for those who love the old traditions. A native Australian flowers for the flower lovers and a modern boho style for the totally non- traditional but lovers of beautiful things. Looking forward to seeing you for a great morning of Christmas Joy.

What to bring:

  • Wreath frame
  • Ribbon
  • Glue gun and spare glue sticks
  • Baubles or any other decorations that suit your home
  • Strong snips or scissors for cutting

OR if you are making an Aussie Native wreath you will need to bring:

  • artificial native flowers and leaves
  • Willow wreath frame

The traditional wreath decorations are available at Spotlight, Big W, Masterworks and often in the bottom of your Christmas decoration box.

The decorations for the native wreath are available at Masterworks, 118 Gow Street Padstow .

About the Tutor:

'Judy has been a tutor with SGSCC for 40 years. She is a qualified florist in floristry design. Judy keeps her skills up to date by attending many seminars and workshops. She also encourages her students to see as many flower-shows and related art shows as they can to get inspiration and new ideas for their pieces, creating floral art.'

Other Information:

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
