Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreams are dreams where our consciousness remains awake even though we are sleeping. We have the ability to control these dreams. This is an ancient practice that strengthens our awareness and perception, and allows us to take control of our mind, regardless of whether we are sleeping or awake.

This course combines science and spirituality together to offer a structured guide on how to stimulate lucid dreams. You will also be provided with a “30-day plan” to improve the overall quality of your dreams including your ability to recall them.

The course includes a complimentary book, My Lucid Dreaming Journal, which is authored by the tutor, Shelly Dhaliwal.

Course Outline:

  • Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of lucid dreaming and will learn to strenghen your brain to stimulate lucid dreams.
  • Participants will learn about top 3 nutrients, top 20 foods and another powerful technique for lucid dreaming.
  • Participants will learn about the importance of “energy” for lucid dreamers and how to improve their waking life in simple steps to help induce lucid dreams.
  • Participants will learn about 2 additional powerful tips to induce lucid dreams
  • Participants will learn how to stabilise a lucid dream and not wake up.
  • Participants will learn about the mind and mental aspect of lucid dreaming.
  • Participants will learn about the soul and spiritual aspect of lucid dreaming.
  • Participants will learn about other-worldly beings and recap of key points previously discussed.

About the Tutor:

Shelly Dhaliwal – Amazon’s best-selling author, lucid dreamer, intuitive practitioner and teacher

Shelly Dhaliwal is a natural lucid dreamer and regularly has dreams in which her consciousness remains awake. Also, she has participated in numerous Ayahuasca and N, N Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) shamanic vision quest ceremonies.

Additionally, Shelly has made appearances in Australia’s largest alternative festival, Mind Body Spirit, and has been a regular guest on a nationally broadcast television show, Psychic TV.

Shelly is now writing books and creating courses that combine science and spirituality; and metaphysics and quantum physics. Through her creativity, Shelly hope to decode the mysteries of our universe and share that knowledge with others.

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
