This hands-on workshop is suitable for everyone who wants to learn how to make potent and effective reed diffusers from scratch using sustainable premium grade fragrances. You will learn how to make cost effective, professional reed diffusers with a variety of blends to choose from to create a fresh ambient scent to elevate and harmonise your living space.

Course Outline:

• No prerequisites are required for this workshop.
• The benefits and properties of each product used in the workshop.
• Your teacher will show you step by step instructions and recipes to create a variety of diffuser bases that work in synergy with premium grade fragrances.
• Product knowledge of sustainable, eco-friendly fragrance oils.
• Product knowledge of reeds; rattan reeds vs fibre reeds.
• Recipes to create perfect blends for all occasions.
• A handout with instructions, various diffuser base recipes, and product and supplier information for you to create reed diffusers.
• Create and take home with you a 200 ml glass diffuser of your choice of fragrance.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of your workshop, you will have learned the techniques, product knowledge and a variety of dif-fuser base recipes to enhance your living space with uplifting scents.

Sevil has worn many hats as well as being a long-time traveller. Inspired by her innate creativity and eager-ness to learn the medicinal charm of Mother Nature’s pharmacy and deep desire to heal and nurture, she has modified and created a unique selection of luxurious, sustainable, eco-friendly bath, body and lifestyle products.

Sevil has worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years. She is a qualified Beauty and Holistic massage therapist and Aromatherapist, Fashion stylist, and Shoe Design and Technician. She studied at the International School of Design and is a Level 4 Serenity Vibration Healing and Enlightenment Technique (SVH) Practitioner and Teacher. She has also completed courses in Crystal Therapy, Sacred Geometry and more. These skills and qualifications have also assisted her in creating one-of-a-kind bath and body products using natural, pure essences, botanicals and products she can source.

Sevil created her company Shakinah in 2012 as a holistic day spa before being drawn to study Serenity Vi-bration Healing and Enlightenment Technique.

Sevil credits the tools and techniques in SVH that assisted in mastering her mind as the key instrument in operating a successful business. She has modified her holistic massage and beauty treatments and creates unique Bath Melts, Shower Steamers, Perfumes, Therapeutic oil blends and lifestyle products. This has di-rected her to share her exceptional skills and knowledge with those who choose to create unique bath and beauty products.
