Join us for an after school Art & Craft class for kids aged 8—12. This class is perfect for children of all skill levels. Have fun each week being creative and expressive learning about shape, colour and texture through a range of craft techniques.

Explore your creativity and express ideas while developing skills in painting, drawing, collage and cardboard construction techniques. Complete a variety of projects including: Jungle Animal Portraits; Under the Sea Collage; 3D Robots and an Animal Totem Pole.

Course Outline:

Weekly classes include a mix of painting, drawing, collage and construction. Projects include: Under the Sea collage; Jungle Animal Portraits; 3D Robots; Self Portraits; Plasticine Pictures; Animal Totem Pole, Fun Faces; Flowers Still life.

About the Tutor:

'I am a practicing artist working primarily in watercolour but also gouache and charcoal. I have always had a passion for art, design and all things craft. Early in my career I formally trained in Photography at Ultimo TAFE, and hold a Diploma of Graphic Design from the Design Centre, Enmore.'

• To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
• All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
