High Tea

Create a fun and colourful high tea for your next special occasion. In this class, we will make a selection of mini desserts, scones, and savoury snacks. Some favourites like chocolate hazelnut truffles, mini eclairs, scones, Portuguese custard tarts, ricotta roasted vegetable frittata, rice paper wraps, classic finger sandwiches just to mention a few. Course fee includes all ingredients.

Course Outline:

  • Strawberry ice tea
  • Chocolate hazelnut truffles
  • Mini eclairs
  • Portuguese custard tarts
  • Mascarpone berry tarts
  • Scones cream and jam
  • Selection of finger sandwiches
  • Ricotta roasted vegetable frittata
  • Rice paper wraps
  • Zucchini haloumi fritters

What to bring:

  • 2 Tea Towels
  • Dish Cloth
  • Apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed-in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
