Had a heavy week? Feel depleted? Needing some time out to recharge and relax? Join us for this fun and relaxed workshop. Experience yoga. Learn easy, simple daily yoga practices for self-care. Ayurvedic self-massage, yoga cleansing practices, breathing and deep relaxation techniques.

What to bring:

Bring yoga mat, towel and/or blanket. It is recommended not to eat two hours prior to class.
