Tried and tested practices that have been proven to have a vast range of health enhancing benefits. This workshop builds upon weekly yoga classes and explores its use for self-care on a daily basis. Yoga for natural eye care, sinus clearing, relaxation exercises, spring cleaning your energy system, managing stress. Learn about the gunas, chakras, pranayama, kriyas and yoga nidra. Yoga a holistic science that gives practices to care for all aspects of our self and life. We often get caught up in the busyness of life, striving to meet timelines and care for others that we can rarely create the time to offer care to our self. Long term pushing without the rest and care we need can result in health challenges or crisis. Join us to turn that around. Design your own self-care plan during this workshop that is practical and adaptable to life situations. Feel fresh daily, improve relationships, restore your energy, learn how to relax and maintain or improve your mental health.

  • It is recommended not to eat two hours prior to class.

About the Tutor:

'Krsnangi brings 30 years of experience of living a yogic lifestyle to her classes. Trained in yoga, counselling and energy healing her classes are infused with a collective of wisdom, light hearted joyfulness and empowering yoga practices for enriching daily life. Krsnangi is a gentle soul and community focused. She carries with her a calming presence which cuts through the busyiness of worldly life and creates a learning space in which peace resides.'
