Yoga & Relaxation - An Introduction

Improve your breathing, promote more flexible joints, firm up muscles, promote a healthy attitude and eating habits, learning techniques for relaxation and stress management. All ages welcome. All our yoga courses are taught by accredited Hatha Yoga Practioners.

What to bring:

Bring yoga mat, towel and/or blanket. It is recommended not to eat two hours prior to class.
