Yoga & Relaxation - Beginners to Intermediate
Improve your breathing, promote more flexible joints, firm up muscles, promote a healthy attitude and eating habits, learning techniques for relaxation and stress management. All ages welcome 15+. All our yoga courses are taught by accredited Hatha Yoga Practioners.
Course Outline:
- Practice for instilling peace
- Gentle stretches and strengthening
- Yoga Sequences for enhanced well being and home practice
- Pranayama Breathing
- Deep Relaxation
What to bring:
Bring yoga mat, towel and/or blanket. It is recommended not to eat two hours prior to class.
