Winter Warmers

When we think of winter, we think about warm fires, hearty food that we can share with family and friends. The recipes that will be prepared and shared are using ingredients that are in season. When making that all important decision of what we are going to offer our family and friends to eat, you must choose recipes using ingredients that are fresh and of course that are in season. So, come and spend a few hours in preparing and sharing three delicious recipes.

What you will be making:

Winter Warmers:

  • Minestrone Soup
  • Leg of Lamb with Smashed Potatoes
  • Crème Caramel

What to bring:

  • 2 Tea Towels
  • Dish Cloth
  • Sharp Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Apron
  • Take away container for any leftovers

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
