Valentine's Day 3 Course Menu

This course will take you through two options for entrée, mains and dessert with helpful tips and tricks to make sure your special night goes off perfectly.

Course Outline:

  • Pan fried scallops with cauliflower puree, chive oil and pancetta
  • Roast pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with sage butter
  • Pork belly with soy caramel and Asian slaw
  • Macadamia crusted lamb with bordelaise sauce, celeriac puree and glazed carrots
  • Vanilla bean panna cotta with sesame tuille
  • Chocolate fondant with macadamia praline
