Valentine's Day 3 Course Menu

This course will take you through entrée, main and dessert with helpful tips and tricks to make sure your special night goes off perfectly.

Course Outline:

  • Coconut crusted prawns
  • Pan fried duck breast with spiced orange
  • Chocolate fondant with raspberry coulis and chantilly cream
