Tastes of Thailand

Thai cooking is all about using fresh ingredients to create exciting, vibrant flavours. This course will take you through the traditional flavours of Thailand with a combination of sweet and savoury dishes that you can prepare at home. For wonderfully balanced, flavourful cuisine, this is a course not to be missed. Together we will prepare four courses of delicious Thai food whilst learning fundamental techniques so you can adapt recipes and vary flavours.

Course Outline:

  • Satay chicken
  • Thai spring rolls
  • Thai green curry
  • Mango sticky rice

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • 3 large containers
  • Apron
  • 2 tea towels

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
