Tastes of France

France has long been renowned as the epicentre of the culinary word producing exciting and innovative flavours with great precision. But this doesn’t mean that you too can’t produce some of France’s most cherished recipes. This course will take you through a combination of traditional French sweet and savoury dishes with helpful tips and tricks to ensure consistent results and delicious flavours.

Course Outline:

  • Bouillabaisse
  • Modern Duck a l’orange
  • Chocolate souffle

  • to prepare a variety of sweet and savoury dishes

  • to work individually and in a team

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • Apron
  • 2 x tea towels
  • 2 small oven proof ramekins
  • 3 medium containers

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
