Tastes of France

France has long been renowned as the epicentre of the culinary word producing exciting and innovative flavours with great precision. But this doesn’t mean that you too can’t produce some of France’s most cherished recipes. This course will take you through a combination of traditional French sweet and savoury dishes.

Course Outline:

  • Cheese soufflé
  • Modern Duck a l’orange
  • Blueberry frangipane tart with crème anglaise

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • 2 large containers
  • 4 x ovenproof ramekins
  • 4 × 12 cm loose base tart tins
  • Apron
  • 2 x tea towels

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.
