TAPfit is a total body workout that engages your core and all major muscle groups in your legs and buttocks. TAPfit is performed while dancing on the toes of your feet with relaxed knees, taking pressure off your lower back and instead activating your quadriceps.This natural weight helps shape your buttocks and legs while the TAPfit steps will result in increased muscle power and increased calorie burn. Work out your own level of intensity and the teacher will be sure to push you to your limits – where ever those limits might be!
