Spanish Fiesta

Spanish food culture is based on vibrant, exciting flavours using fresh ingredients and traditional methods. This course will take you through the essential steps of Spanish cooking and give you the taste of the Mediterranean through a combination of traditional sweet and savoury dishes.

Course outline:

  • Croquettes de Jamón
  • Chicken and chorizo paella
  • Churros

  • 2 tea towels
  • 2 large containers
