Spanish Fiesta

Spanish food culture is based on vibrant, exciting flavours using fresh ingredients and traditional methods. This course will take you through the essential steps of Spanish cooking and give you the taste of the Mediterranean through a combination of traditional sweet and savoury dishes.

Course outline:

  • Tapas
  • Spanish Omelette
  • Ham Croquettes
  • Chicken and chorizo paella
  • Churros
  • Crème Catalana


Student learns:

  • to prepare a variety of sweet and savoury dishes

  • to work individually and in a team

What to bring:

  • Pen
  • Apron
  • 2 tea towels
  • 3 large containers
  • 3 small containers
  • 4 small ovenproof ramekins
  • 1 large frying pan
  • 1 small, high edged frying pan
  • 1 medium-sized saucepan

Safety First:

Please ensure you wear closed in shoes, long pants and ensure long hair is tied back.

About the Tutor:

  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those"). If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
