Seated Chair Yoga - An Introduction

Experience the benefits of Yoga from the comfort of your own chair. A great class for those wanting to get back into exercising, recovering from an injury, have a health condition, weight challenges or simply don’t like to do exercise on the floor.

Course Outline:

Gentle Stretch movements, some standing poses, fall prevention, improve mental clarity, relaxing breathing practices, increase flexibility and body strength.

What to bring:

Please bring towel and water. It is recommended not to eat two hours prior to class.

All pregnant students should inform their teacher before commencing class.
